CURRENT TRIPS
While the old page got the job done with a basic alphabetical list of the groups out serving, the new page offers a much more appealing and interactive design that includes a world map with pins, a group search, tiles with group photos and trip info, and the opportunity to see a snippet of the most recent update when users hover over the tile.
TRIP ITINERARIES
Previous to this year, trip itineraries were created and shared via Google Docs using a template built with a bordered table. Now, itineraries are created with a calendar tool and are published to client accounts with the option of syncing to other calendar services/apps.
TRIP SEARCH
Trip searches on the site were filterable by only a few variables and only single options within each dropdown. The newer version allows for multiple search variables and filters once a search is loaded.

Lab, classroom, cart, and office support for student, faculty, and staff computers at a high school in Aurora, CO.
2013-2015
Web Developer & Tech Specialist
Built, maintained, and upgraded basic HTML and Coldfusion websites for the organization. Built out web app for trip and client management along with a customer portal.
Praying Pelican Missions

Manage small department of developers. Oversee multiple projects each year along with organization stakeholders.

Led 50+ groups in Belize for week-long service/mission trips. Built relationships with hundreds of community and organizational leaders throughout the country.
